Market Data — Live Price Sync
EODHD (NGX) & Twelve Data (global) — 57 tracked symbols. Global refreshes every 30 min, NGX daily after close. Install once; use "Sync Now" for an immediate full refresh — paced to respect provider rate limits, so a full run takes roughly 14 minutes rather than being instant. As of this build, a 3rd tier sits behind both: if a US symbol fails on Twelve Data AND EODHD, Massive's prior-trading-day bar is tried as a last resort (real data, one day behind — written and badged as "🟠 Delayed", never mistaken for a live quote). No NGX coverage on that tier; shares the Massive 5-calls/min budget with everything else Massive does.
Manual Quote Check — see exactly what each provider returns for one symbol. Useful for verifying an unconfirmed ticker mapping (VIX, DXY, US10Y, WTI, or any newly-added NGX name) rather than guessing from batch results.
Massive — Company Intelligence
Standalone module — U.S. company profiles, delayed OHLC, sentiment-tagged news, short interest. NOT part of the EODHD/Twelve Data waterfall above, and not covered by "Sync All Now". Hard-capped at 5 calls/minute, so this is on-demand only (fires when a Trend Modal opens for a U.S. symbol) — there is no batch sync button here on purpose.
Manual Symbol Check — U.S. tickers only (no NGX coverage on Massive). Each check uses up to 4 of the 5-per-minute budget if nothing is cached yet.
Conviction Score™ — Live Data Engine
No static fallback anywhere — every component, for all 8 symbols (US + NGX), is computed from data already synced daily/weekdays: live quotes, Form 4 filings (US institutional flow), Massive News sentiment (blended into Signal, US only), US Markets Daily (US macro), NGX Daily (NGX macro breadth). Short Interest was tried as a Risk bump but pulled back out — production testing found Massive returning years-stale "latest" records across multiple symbols (META 2021, NVDA 2018), pointing to a plan-tier gap rather than something a staleness filter could fix. NGX has no SEC-filing equivalent, so its Institutional Flow reuses the volume-surge score as an explicit proxy (marked ◆ below, not •). A component can briefly show "pending" (neutral 50) only on the very first refresh before any history exists to compare against — it resolves to live on the next cycle. Runs on a timer, never on page load; the platform always reads this cache, not Massive/EODHD directly. See ConvictionEngine.gs header for full sourcing detail.
Current Cache — what the platform is actually showing right now, per component.

NGX Daily Snapshot — Paste & Publish
Paste the daily NGX "Stocks Today" HTML block below (Top Gainers, Top Losers, summary stats, compliance flags). It parses automatically — review the preview before publishing.

NGX Weekly Snapshot — Paste & Publish
Paste the weekly NGX Top Gainers/Losers HTML block below — two <table> blocks, id="weekly-top-gainers" and id="weekly-top-losers", each with a <caption> ("Week Ended <date> - Top Gainers/Losers") and <thead>/<tbody> with Company/ChangePercent columns. Unlike NGX Daily, this never touches the live price cache — there's no price column here, only which names moved most over the week.

Symbol Registry
The registry that powers Equity Intelligence's "Add Symbol" search only grows on NEW publishes going forward — anything published before this feature existed never got added. Run this once to backfill it from every NGX Daily/Weekly snapshot ever published, not just the latest one. Safe to run again any time; existing symbols just get their last-seen date refreshed, nothing duplicates.
US Markets Snapshot — Paste & Publish
Paste the "US Markets" summary block directly as copied from Google Finance's homepage (or any page showing the same layout) — the plain text, not HTML. One label per line (S&P 500, Dow 30, Nasdaq, Russell 2000, VIX, Gold — any subset is fine), each followed by its value then %change on the next two lines. It parses automatically — review the preview before publishing.

Global Markets Snapshot — Paste & Publish
Paste the full HTML block below — world indices (Americas + Europe), commodities, currencies, sectors, trending/most-active stocks, crypto, private companies, ETFs, and mutual funds. Expects <table id="..."> blocks with <thead>/<tbody>, same contract as NGX Daily. Every symbol found gets fed into the live market data cache on publish — this is how the symbol base grows over time, not just what's shown below.

Live Quotes Review — Approve Before They Go Live
The GAS kernel fetches live quotes (EODHD/Twelve Data) but never lets them silently overwrite a manually-verified price — a pasted Global Markets/NGX Daily snapshot, or a previously-approved live quote. Whenever a live fetch would have overwritten one of those, it lands here for review instead. Approve it and it becomes the new trusted value (protected from future automatic overwrites too, same as a pasted snapshot); discard it and the manual/previous value keeps standing. This is server-side, so it works from any device.
Scheduled Auto-Approve (Runs Server-Side)
The checkbox above only runs while this page is open in a browser tab. This is different: a real GAS time-based trigger that keeps approving eligible pending quotes on schedule even when nobody has admin.html open — overnight, on another device, doesn't matter. Same safety exception either way: anything that differs from the currently-cached price by 15% or more is left pending for manual review, never auto-approved.

Client Warnings
platform.html never shows raw operational failures to end users — spots like a failed AI-brief refresh report here instead, so they're visible to an operator without alarming a subscriber reading their brief. Newest first, capped at the 50 most recent.
