This policy governs refunds and deferrals for GVB Institute™ programs. The specific terms accepted by a learner at enrollment are preserved with their offer and enrollment record.
Withdrawal before payment. No fee is owed; the application may be withdrawn at any time before payment without charge.
Withdrawal after payment, before activation. A full refund is available if enrollment has not yet been activated.
Withdrawal after platform access. Refund eligibility is reduced once dashboard and platform access has been granted; the applicable amount is set out in the learner's private offer.
Withdrawal after learning-resource access. Refund eligibility is further reduced once module content has been accessed.
Withdrawal after an assessment attempt. No refund is available once a graded assessment attempt has been submitted.
Withdrawal after capstone review begins. No refund is available once capstone review has begun.
Failed assessment or resubmission. A failed assessment does not itself entitle a learner to a refund; resubmission follows the attempt limits set for the program.
Deferral. A learner may request to defer their program to a later cohort or timeline, subject to GVB Institute™ approval.
Sponsorship cancellation. Where a sponsor withdraws funding, GVB Institute™ will contact the learner directly regarding continuation options.
Administrative cancellation or program discontinuation. If GVB Institute™ cancels an enrollment or discontinues a program, a full refund of unused fees is provided.
Certified learners. No refund is available once a certificate has been issued.
